We Connect HR, LLC was founded in 2014 by Cynthia Olavarria Kaufman. Cynthia saw firsthand the frustration organizations experienced with their Human Resources Information Systems.  As such, many organizations  put the HR staff in charge of looking for a system that was cost effective and operationally efficient. 

Previously Cynthia was that HR team member assigned to find a technology solution. It became apparent that organizations needed help to find, select and implement new human resources information systems. 

Our mission is to assist organizations and HR departments to embrace the technology.  

Collectively, the management and staff of We Connect HR have over 60 years of experience in the human resources and technology industry.
